No mail, no real security . Yes, my apartment is beautiful, and I love the view from my balcony, but we currently have no mail delivery to the building, which management blames on the post office, but it’s Bozzuto’s building and they are ultimately responsible. Getting deliveries is problematic because of the package room/double entrance issue. The package room looks good but is generally a mess and very unorganized. I’ve listed multiple items to theft. Honestly, it’s a gorgeous building but ...

So far so good! I am in love with my apartment layout. I moved in yesterday and the process was very seamless. Just moved in here, and so far it has been a great experience. Beautiful apartment building with nice gym, pool, and common areas I look forward to using. The apartment itself is spacious with great lighting and kitchen. Staff have so far been quite nice and helpful, as have the other residents I've encountered. Terrific location with MOMs in the building and very close to restaurants, venues, the farmers market, and SS transportation with MARC and Metro buses and rail.

The experience has been good so far. the staff has been great and I feel comfortable. I use the amenities a good amount at have enjoyed the overall experience. Only downside is that we have gotten a sewer smell.

I love living at the Atwell. There’s staff are super friendly and helpful. I love that there’s concierge 24/7. I think the only inconvenience I have is the location of my apartment in the building is not close to where my dog can go potty quickly in the morning. The fourth floor courtyard is not available for pets to use, and I understand it because not all pet owners clean up after their pets, but I think that if there was a trash receptacle put out there with some doggy bags, pet parents would ...
clean up after their pet especially if that’s the closest outside location for them.
