Auburn Apartments

else's schedule. My friend lived there for 2 years and at the end of his second year lease he got a great job offer but he had to move on it quickly. So he moved out and had cleaned the apartment. It does say in the lease that you have to make arrangements to have the carpet cleaned, but since he moved so quickly he didn't have time to set up an appointment. So he emailed her and explained the situation asking if he could write her a check and have the appointment set up and all she would have to do is let them in to clean the carpets, and she basically said nope screw you because again she does not care about anyone else and their schedule. It wouldn't have been a big deal if he lived close because then he could come and let them in but he now lives almost 3 hours away and works all week so he would have to meet her on a Saturday but she won't do that because again she does not accommodate to anyone but herself. So all in all it was a terrible experience and it's still not completely over and he still has to deal with her because she is being difficult. But she is a terrible landlord and it is terrible customer service on her part.
