Don't Even Bother
October 4, 2021When moving into this complex all seemed well, however after signing the lease everything changes from maintenance to your monthly bill. Pay no attention to the advertised price. AKA the gimmick to get you to sign. Since being here, my rent increased $90 for an amenity fee, however nothing new was added. Just paying more for existing features because they feel like it. Secondly, if you think paying for your own utility use sounds reasonable look elsewhere. The community distributes the use ...among all parties, so enjoy "paying for what you use". Thirdly, internet is included however there is no option to not use it and get your own service. Maintenance is not only slow, but sometimes unresponsive. Using empty units for spare parts, hopefully you don't move into one of them. The people who mow the common areas do so with such little care that it ends up looking awful with spots that are not even touched, they also do not clean up after themselves. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT
February 10, 2021The office staff here are terrible- incredibly rude with zero customer service once you have signed the lease. Last summer it took me FIVE maintenance requests and several phone calls just to get my air conditioner fixed. The grounds are not kept up and there is garbage frequently overflowing from the dumpsters. I am moving out as soon as my child graduates HS and I no longer need to be in this school district.Review from Apartments.com
