      Be careful, they paint over the Black Mold and you will find out when it starts growing out of your vents. It's extremely unhealthy and yes, they know about it. They choose to hide it by paint.

      I viewed and moved into my unit during COVID June/July 2020. That has been the only stressful part of living at Auburn Flats that I have experienced. The entire complex is kept neat and tidy and has been the perfect place for my son and I to call home. The location can not be beat as we are close to so many of the wonderful things Auburn has to offer. Ms. Debbie has truly made us feel welcome and the staff is very prompt to respond to any questions/concerns, even showing me how to use the gas ...

      My Fiance' and I moved to Westshore in September 2014 when I was about 6 months pregnant. We have not had a single problem with anything during our stay out here. Ms.Debbie (leasing manager), is absolutely terrific. If she says she's going to do something she is going to do it. Billy the maintenance guy is great as well. They are just genuinely nice people!!
