Auburn Place has been a high-quality environment to call home for many years. I was introduced to Auburn by a good friend of mine who grew up in this property with her family during childhood. Now that we are young adults, I am so grateful for her suggestion! The property has provided such a phenomenal experience for tenants that finding a vacancy is quite rare. A property without a revolving door of tenants speaks volumes.

...delight! As a young 20-something, I am appreciative of Allison for her patience, kindness, and willingness to explain the entire process to me. You can feel the care in how they interact with tenants and potential residents. They genuinely want to see you win and live well!
Aside from interpersonal interactions, the townhomes simply cannot be beat. The spacing (avoiding having anyone above or below), square-footage, privacy, and PRICING with all utilities included is UNMATCHED. My partner and I spent many months combing through different properties within the Louisville area and not one came close to the bang for our buck we are receiving at Auburn.
All in all, I am so grateful for Auburn Place and I am looking forward to calling this place home soon!
