October 21, 2025Windows don’t open causing MOLD in building, parking is a hassle, the gates are always broken & homeless people sneak in, they care more about charging you for petty stuff than helping you when you’re at an inconvenience. Staff is not friendly.Property Manager Responded

Great management
August 19, 2025Julie is a great manager of this place. It’s our second year living here and we love it. There is always things that constantly happen, but I love how fast maintenance get things done if anything happens in our unit. The whole complex is nice.Property Manager Responded

Looks nice, far from it
July 22, 2024Live here currently and the place is a mess. Elevator has been broken for 6 months, pool is closed every other week and we have roaches crawling around the entire building and through the halls. Have even had a few get into the apartment and they do nothing about it. Stay away.Property Manager Responded

Nice, New complex in great area
August 7, 2017These apartments aren't' a year old yet and are very nice. They are aestetically pleasing and the staff is amazing. The fitness center is one of the best I have seen in apartments (2 stories!) The pool is nice (except it's not pool deck, but brick so you can't walk barefoot which is odd) with free cabanas with TVs. They have package lockers which are great so you don't have to bother the staff for an amazon delivery. The indoor corridors really helps with your APS bill. I don't think it was ...build very sound proof as other places I have lived. They also make you pay for trash valet ($35/mo) regardless if you use it or not. they will pick up your trash at your door 5 days a week but they also have trash chutes so it's not needed and a waste of money but you have to pay for it. This is the only place in AZ that I have seen (that's not downtown) that you don't get a covered spot for free. You pay for covered parking. Not sure what will happen as the place fills up and no one wants to buy covered ( a lot are not used) and the free, uncovered spots fill up. So far, the place is great and would recommend it, just some random weird things the builders/owners did that don't make sense.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
