Overall I had a nice stay
November 4, 2024First, I would like to highlight the very pleasant and accommodating Manager Ms. Alba. She has addressed my concerns and provided options. She was able to fix the issue in a very fast manner. Also, I would like to thank Mr. Jorge and the other guy sorry I forgot his name, for fixing my washer, water heater and some other things in the room before. The complex is not perfect, as I think like any other apt in town but overall, my stay was wonderful. Pool is only for show, algae 24/7
June 3, 2024The apartments themselves are good, but the amenities suck. The pool is always clean in the WINTER when no use can use it, but as soon as summer hits its FILTHY GREEN. Its such a shame residents cannot use the pool, as they only have it as a trophy to display to potential residents. As for the gym, some kids ruin the entire gym, making it a not so great environment.Property Manager Responded
