December 13, 2024Audubon Parc is a 10 out of 10 for a home. Lived here going on 5 years- it’s a quiet, well maintained established place to live. Surrounded by nature yet close to amenities. It’s people and pet friendly. I know my neighbors and their dogs by name and they know mine. Maintenance is top notch- never have to wait to get this fixed and someone is always on call for emergencies- I had a plumbing problem after hours and they were there within the hour. Minor wear and tear issues were handled ...within the day too. Couldn’t be more happy!!Property Manager Responded

Application process is a bit tedious and the resident portal could use some enhancements, but the amenities and property management make up for it. Favorite feature is the proximity to Lake Lochmere. July 24, 2024I really wish my experience here was better. My interactions with the staff have been great and the location of this place is also great. However, when I signed the lease my signature was the only one on it but I am not the only one living here. Roaches and mice have since accompanied me in sharing this space. I didn’t know I was a charity for small pests. The roaches have actually been tackled pretty well by the pest guy (from another company that probably has a contract with the apartments) ...that isn’t even a member of the Audubon Parc staff. With the mice problem though, it seems like they aren’t considered pests because the maintenance team has gone so far as to cancel my request to do something about it. Times are hard enough that I don’t want to tell my boss that mice ate my homework.Property Manager Responded

February 1, 2024I must candidly share that my experience at Audubon Parc has become less than satisfactory under the current management. Potential residents should be aware of inconsistencies in the application process and be prepared for the possibility that community amenities, like the pool, may not be promptly available. The pool, for instance, did not open until it was nearly fall last year due to repair attempts during the summer, despite being non-operational since January. These issues have significantly ...influenced my perception of the property and, regrettably, lead me to advise friends and colleagues to consider these points thoroughly in their housing search. My time at Audubon Parc under the previous management was favorable, as was the experience of my neighbors, who have also noted the decline. We enjoyed a strong sense of community and an attentiveness to residents' needs that is sadly no longer apparent. The current management has introduced a downturn in the quality of the resident experience. The present manager's demeanor is often condescending, and his treatment of residents can feel dismissive, which undermines the sense of community we once valued. Furthermore, there have been times when both myself and others have been plainly ignored in the office, highlighting a breakdown in proper resident-management communication. It is with these considerations in mind that I share my experience, urging potential residents to weigh these points carefully when evaluating Audubon Parc as their potential new home.Property Manager Responded
