March 4, 2025I've been in the Audubon Park apartment community for 2 years now. There are a few things that I would change if I could. Those would be apartment community amenities, events and community relationships, And most recently, apartment lease renewal and deposit requirements. For community events, I would suggest find volunteers within the community that may be interested in producing a newsletter "Newsflash"to announce upcoming events, community good to know information, And articles submitted by ...other residents as well as humor and pets sections within the "Community Newsflash". Possibly a beach volleyball area below the cookout patio in that vacant grass patch of land. Possibly make pool a heated pool or incorporate a hot tub/jucuzzi for adults. Also adding to the many kid focused events it would be nice to designated a day or more a week for adults ONLY in pool and cookout areas or adult only social events.
