Multiple layouts from which to choose, great facilities management, lots of amenities and close to great shopping in Shrewsbury - very good value for the money. View from the location is lovely - my unit is looking out over a treeline with a golf course behind - i can also see mountains in the distance. Very quiet - seems to be mostly professionals/students - great for studying. Just signed the ...lease - the entire process was very smooth and the management team was super supportive along the way. These apartments are absolutely beautiful and they offer so many wonderful amenities and activities. The management company is excellent and everyone who works there is so friendly. I really enjoy living here! I would recommend Audubon Plantation Ridge to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern, and friendly place to call home! Mrs Sadu
This property is very poor and the management is so bad.
March 2, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comwhen we renew the new lease they will charge you very high rent fee more than 500 hundred a month!! And when you tell them you are going to move out but without sign anything they will charge you for not notice them two month in advance. During the living period, the water turned rusty, and that happened twice in a week! The management team will ask you to run out of the water for half day and we pay the water bill.

Michelle and Robert always go above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and happy in my apartment. The maintenance staff is exceptional. I love that they are available, friendly, and great at what they do. If I ever need help with anything, they respond right away. The apartment complex itself is fantastic- quiet but close to everything. The building and grounds ...are top notch and always clean. My apartment is a good size and having my own washer and dryer is a plus. The convenience of having a 24 hour fitness center right at home is a definite benefit. In the warm weather I enjoy my balcony or the beautiful pool area and grills. In the winter months, the convenience of having my car tucked away in a garage is the best. I can't say enough good things about this place. After visiting every apartment complex in the area, I know I made the right choice. Poorly management
September 13, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comI lived here for two years and the management was REALLY poorly and unhelpful. Talking with the management to get my packages was painful. Some of the staff were inpatient and It looks like they were always too busy to listen to your problem or check your packages. I seldom get my package on time and have to check with them time by time in order to get my packages and it sounds like they were never responsible for anything. We understand our resident's have busy schedules so as an added convenience we gladly accept packages in the leasing office on our resident's behalf. It is the courier's responsibility to notify each resident when a package is delivered to our office. We have extended our hours during the week to accommodate residents work schedules with package pick-up. We also send out letters and emails if we see a package has been sitting in the office for several days. September 20, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comWe had a horrible experience with Plantation Ridge. When we bought our house, we called them more than 2 months in advance to notify we were not extending our lease. They congratulated us and told us they would have our notice ready for us to sign at our convenience. About a month later when my husband saw one of the staff and asked him if we could sign the notice, he told my husband that there was no earlier notice and since we were 2 weeks late in notifying them at that point we had to pay ...$570 late fees. We explained to them a few times that we made a phone call and we were under the impression that it was taken care of. Now they have sent us this outrageous bill asking for $700 in addition to our deposit money for various items, including installation of a new carpet. When we moved in, the carpet was not new and we told them that. After 2 years of living there, they want us to pay for the new carpet. This is theft. We are very disappointed with our experience with them.Read More

Our electric is low, our neighbors are quiet, the staff is readily available. It may be pricey but not having to worry about plowing, trash removal, safety has been well worth the expense.

The apartment is spacious as I have 2 bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms washer/dryer, a comfortable kitchen and a patio. It is an end unit thus very private. In addition to a weight room, pool and tennis courts, what my son & I like the most are the great hiking trails around the area. The complex is near UMass Memorial Hospital thus it has a lot of medical students as tenants. It is close to ...Shrewsbury Street where all the great restaurants are and is near to Route 9 and 290.
