Safety concerns
December 5, 2023Not safe. Homeless people sleep outside on the steps where you enter the building and sometimes manage to get into the building. I have seen roaches in many of the hallways that will sit there for months.Review from Apartments.com
Awesome Experience
April 15, 2018Deciding to rent an apartment at the Aug Smith building has been such a great decision! Not only are apartments beautiful, the staff are wonderful. I walked in one afternoon without an appointment and Misty was willing/excited to give me a tour. She was super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions while I was there and even in emails/over the phone. My experience has been nothing short of amazing and I am excited to be a resident there!Property Manager Responded
