The tour was great with the unit that they showed me was the unit that I got the amenities throughout the Common grounds are clean. There’s no random trash everywhere. Or taking complaints seriously… There are several people who don’t park in their reserved spot like R25 and R22 all the time, when they pay for it. Instead they take up regular spots… knowing other residents can’t park in the reserved spots.. just frustrating when parking is already limited.Property Manager Responded

July 7, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartment complex is fairly new. It is located close to Baybrook Mall and I-45 South. You can get to Downtown Houston in 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. The apartment units are very modern with an open floor plan and a kitchen island. There are lots of A/C vents throughout the apartment to keep it cool in all rooms. The pool area is very nice and relaxing. The fitness center has lots of cardio machines and plenty of weight lifting options.Property Manager Responded
