A/C Drainage Pipe Overflowing I called the Emergency Maintenance at 11:30 PM. The maintenance person showed up one hour later to fix the issue. By 1:00 AM, I was able to turn the A/C back on. Thankful for the quick response and resolution.

The ladies in the front office are amazing. The tour was great with the unit that they showed me was the unit that I got the amenities throughout the Common grounds are clean. There’s no random trash everywhere. It’s really quiet and so far everybody’s been really nice and welcoming. Couldn’t have found a better place to call home.

It’s been okay.. parking sucks, and the managers and enforcing the property rules. Or taking complaints seriously… There are several people who don’t park in their reserved spot like R25 and R22 all the time, when they pay for it. Instead they take up regular spots… knowing other residents can’t park in the reserved spots.. just frustrating when parking is already limited.
