    Good place to live but increasing the rent every time it renews only makes people leave. All the additions to the regular lease make it way too much.

    The ladies in the front office are amazing. The tour was great with the unit that they showed me was the unit that I got the amenities throughout the Common grounds are clean. There’s no random trash everywhere. It’s really quiet and so far everybody’s been really nice and welcoming. Couldn’t have found a better place to call home.

    It’s been okay.. parking sucks, and the managers and enforcing the property rules. Or taking complaints seriously… There are several people who don’t park in their reserved spot like R25 and R22 all the time, when they pay for it. Instead they take up regular spots… knowing other residents can’t park in the reserved spots.. just frustrating when parking is already limited.

    The property is safe and quiet people just don’t clean up behind their dogs and the ant beds but other than that it’s very quiet and I have seen anything out of order

    The apartment complex is fairly new. It is located close to Baybrook Mall and I-45 South. You can get to Downtown Houston in 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. The apartment units are very modern with an open floor plan and a kitchen island. There are lots of A/C vents throughout the apartment to keep it cool in all rooms. The pool area is very nice and relaxing. The fitness center has lots of cardio machines and plenty of weight lifting options.

    I love the community here. I feel safe and the property is small enough I like that. The down side is the parking not great, I wish I could get an assigned parking that’s closer. I pay for the parking so it’s not great that I have to walk around the building to get to my spot. The other problem is all the dogs, it’s all great till you step on poop. People are not considerate of other neighbors, this is a community not your own back yard. Please clean up after your self or your dog.

    I’ve lived at August of Friendswood a month now. I know a lot of reviews are negative about the parking, but in the month I have lived here, I’ve never really had an issue finding a parking spot near my apartment. The new staff, Katrina, Elise and Lilly, are amazing. They really show care and sincerity towards residents. Elijah and Carlos do amazing maintenance work. Though the office staff is fairly new, they are trying their very best to overcome previous management’s issues. I see great things ...
    to come for August of Friendswood with the current management staff. Give them a chance to prove it and you will see the difference. I love it here
