Nothing gets fixed. Black mold throughout the building. Most windows in the apartment building don't open. Management company is rude and very unprofessional. Washers and dyers have been broken for over a year. Basement floods with hardly any rain.

There are no dishwashers, only garbage disposals. Tenants supply own microwaves. Window frames are rotting, window cranks barely work. Carpeting is very old. No on-site management.
