About Augusta Commons
Augusta Commons is a community of beautiful fourplexes, featuring stainless steel appliances, spacious living area and bedrooms and located on Mankato's East side. Live close to shopping, trails, schools and more! You will love calling Augusta Commons home. No utilities are included in the rent. Single stall garage included. Residents are responsible for payment of all utilities including water, electricity, gas and optional internet or cable tv. Renter's Insurance is required for each resident. For every month no Renter's Insurance is supplied or maintained, a $12.00 fee will be charged. Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs for the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the payment of first months rent, any pro-rated rent, or any deposit that might be required on the day of move-in

Loved living here!
May 23, 2025I lived here for over 2 years and it was a good experience! It’s a very spacious place which is nice, love that there’s a garage and it’s in a quiet neighborhood nearby a park and a trail. Very pet friendly neighborhood, you’ll find lots of other tenants have dogs and many of the nearby homes are dog owners too. Great place to socialize your dog. Maintenance was always very timely and respectful of our belongings. Grass is mowed often enough, someone comes by and sweeps the stairways, snow is ...removed in a timely manner. Sometimes they’d even remove the snow at night so everything was clear for morning commutes to work. It would’ve been nice for the dog poo stations to be cleared and bags to be refilled more often but that’s been an issue every place I’ve lived. Unfortunately soon after we moved in we had an issue with mole crickets. We found so many but maintenance did take care of it and after that we saw them as often as you might find any other random bug. When we had some dishwasher issue maintenance even gave me some tips which was super helpful! Other than that it’s been a great place to live!
