August 21, 2024We have been residents for almost 1 year. We decided to stay one more year. We have yet to swim in the beautiful pool. Perhaps this weekend. I love to golf and practice on the screen in the rec room. I get some paperwork and copies done in the professional lounge. I would ask folks to stop in and have some coffee with an assistant that will share a tour and a peek at the amenities.Property Manager Responded

August 12, 2024Augusta Flats has been a nice welcoming experience to San Antonio. The complex is in the middle of downtown with plenty to see and explore. The building itself has nice amenities and gives the feel of common luxury for an affordable price. August 4, 2024The housing manager helped me move into the apartment a lot and the other staff was super friendly and helpful. My apartment is in a great location: I can walk to the River Walk area.
