You have problems anywhere. This Apartment Complex has the same issue all the time. My mother lived there for 3 years. She went without hot water for a month. Then it broke down. It took another month to get it fixed. Then the alarm was always going off. The elevators don’t work most of the time. The appliance, the cheapest you can buy. They have a toll a way Service will toll your car off and you have to pay for it. Even if your care is registered . The manager will let you know it’s not their ...
responsibility. They need a new management team. They are not friendly or approachable. You have to make an appointment before you can walk into the office. There was a different manager there when my mom moved in his name was Jeff the best manager. My mom moved out because of the manager also she could smell cigarette smoke n her Hall way she reported it. Nothing was done. Now they allow smoking in the apartments. This used to be a good place to live I wouldn’t put my worst enemy there. Much less my loved one. For what you have to live with not worth it. They increase your rent each year by a 100.00 dollars or more just depend On what apartment you live in.

Thank you for your feedback. We value your input and strive to provide the best service possible. We have made tremendous progress in bettering our property over the past year. We've implemented a monthly service agreement with a local elevator contractor which has helped to prevent elevator issues, and we have installed two 200-gallon hot water storage tanks to alleviate the hot water issues. While we understand that certain odors can be frustrating and we do our best at trying to eliminate the odor, unfortunately it is a part of a multifamily living environment. While we understand that price increases can also be frustrating, we can say that our rates are dependent on the areas apartment rental market and are still very competitive.
