I moved into this place late Dec 2021 and at first it was great considering this place was brand new however after being here for just about 2 yrs now, I probably won’t be renewing my lease. This is extremely common in apartments but you are able to hear every footstep if you live below someone. This place has declined. people smoking in the pool all the time when it’s clearly against the rules. The only solution you have is to call the courtesy officer which doesn’t do much. Bugs are an issue in the walkways. The valet trash people always ends up leaving trash behind as they pick up people’s garbage. I’m not one to complain but these things are hard to ignore. This units also look as if they were in a rush to finish building, so there are a lot of little things you notice like paint marks, stripped screws, loose tile floors etc.
