Love the building. Could be a cleaner in stairwells and doors as I take the stairs all the time. It’s better now but for first 8 months living here was bad. Sometimes neglection on hot tubs not working. Also for a long time Tv weren’t working. Anthony is awesome so helpful and always puts in requests for us. He goes above and beyond. Staff is really nice. Overall we really like the building, very annoying though the cars racing at night. Have to wear earplugs in middle of the night. Also not ...
happy that 6 months ago some idiot broke my mirror off my car in parking garage.

Aura Watermark has modern conveniences that I’m thankful and grateful for including multiple options to dispose trash and mail pickup all by text or email. The parking is private and covered in its own garage and the location is awesome. The staff is awesome and really do go out their way to answer and fix any issues, problems or concerns which is also greatly appreciated.

Aura is a great place with excellent location and amenities. The view is beautiful. I wouldn't classify it as a bad place to live just because of some small setbacks that have arisen in the apartment. These are just details that prevent you from fully enjoying all the good things that the community has to offer.
