From giving my husband and I a great building tour to supporting us throughout the application process, we are very very grateful. After having a few repairs done to my apartment post move-in, my experience at the Aurelien has been great! The front desk staff are cheerful, helpful know me by name, and always greet me. The leasing office is also very accommodating and nice to work with. The building is just a nice to live in as it looks and it always well maintained.

Great place to live! Amenities are nice and always clean. The place is always super safe and the doors lock at night, which is super nice, especially being close to the red line. They always stick to the rules, sometimes a little too much. I once had 3 friends over and we were hanging out upstairs, we were the only people up there, and I was sent a warning notice since the limit is "2 guests". I would understand if it was crowded or if we were being a disturbance but that wasn't the case. Other ...

The building is quite nice. The amenities are great. The apartment seems well made. The front desk staff, leasing staff, and maintenance staff are all excellent. The apartment I moved into could have been spruced up a bit more before I moved in and had a few issues, but when I voiced my complaints to the leasing staff, they were incredibly understanding and sent very friendly maintenance staff to address as many issues as they could.
