    Aurora Luxury Apartments markets itself as a premium living experience, but the reality falls far short of the promise. From the moment we moved in as some of the first tenants in our building, the issues were relentless and unresolved. The problems began immediately: a persistent bathroom leak that maintenance could not fix despite repeated attempts. The internet connection was unreliable, dropping constantly. Common areas were neglected—rubbish collection points were frequently overflowing, ...
    and corridors were consistently dirty. Noise was another issue; footsteps from upstairs neighbors echoed loudly, disrupting daily life. These are just a few examples of the ongoing problems. Most concerning is the complete lack of support from senior management. Once the lease is signed, tenants are treated as mere numbers. Requests for assistance are ignored, leaving residents to fend for themselves. Even recovering your deposit may require legal action, as management is unresponsive to legitimate claims. In an era where personal care in property management is rare, Aurora Luxury stands out for its indifference. Potential renters should read reviews carefully—what happened to us can easily happen to you. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for a place to call home.

  • No service and poor attitude

    Aurora St Leon Apartments Complex: The complex is covered in dog poop, the new buildings are poorly constructed, and the internet drops every other week, but management takes no responsibility. They are all charming until you sign the lease, then they couldn’t care less. Only one in three outdoor lights works, and the other day, the entire complex lost power because management didn’t pay the utility bills! The electric meters are a disaster, with your meter wired to another apartment and vice ...
    versa, meaning some residents are paying for another unit’s electricity or even for empty apartments owned by the complex, which doesn’t pay its bills. This left some units without power all day. Management’s response? “Not our fault, no electrician on site.” Thank you to Ocala Municipal Services for fixing their mess. Now we’re facing incorrect bills due to their meter chaos and unpaid utilities. Upper management has disregarded numerous complaint letters, signaling their full support for their management’s dismissive behavior. Despite paying substantial rent, we receive no services and encounter only a poor attitude.

  • Just completed our 1 month here.

    We moved in mid January while we are waiting for the build of our new home to be completed. This is a beautiful new apartment complex with beautiful amenities. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Our building is quiet and our neighbors are friendly. We are in a 2 bedroom 2 bath and both work from home. Plenty of space for both work and visiting weekend guests. If you are looking for a place to call home, this place might just be the place!
