Looks great online. Reality is very different.
February 19, 2026I lived here for five years. My experience was defined by poor management, neglected maintenance, and broken amenities. Two days before move-in, the unit I signed a lease for was suddenly “unavailable,” and I was pressured into a more expensive unit. Only after a dispute did they agree to honor the original price. During COVID, amenities remained closed far longer than comparable buildings until residents escalated to corporate. A later manager briefly improved things, but after he was let go, ...the property declined again. The parking garage — especially the 5th floor — is routinely used as a dog bathroom and smells accordingly. Complaints went unresolved for months. The BBQs have never worked in five years, and the hot tub is frequently unheated or unsanitary after weekends. Near my move-out date, a building-wide key fob system failure locked residents out of their apartments. No notification was sent. Maintenance told me someone would come, so I waited in the hallway late at night for over an hour while staff walked past without offering assistance. I eventually learned from another resident that I had to go to the office myself to reset my fob. This property photographs well but suffers from chronic mismanagement and lack of communication. If you value functional amenities, cleanliness, or responsive staff, consider other options.Property Manager Responded

October 20, 2025I absolutely love living at Aurora! From the moment I toured the property, everyone in the leasing office has been so wonderful, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Special thanks to Andrew, Debbie, Jawana, and Adam for being so amazing and making the entire move-in process easy and enjoyable. The building is beautiful, and the amenities are truly top notch. Everything feels modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home. Best condo in Town
April 21, 2023My wife and I have been living in Aurora for the past 2 years and we feel at home since our arrival in the USA. Aurora has fantastic and first-class amenities, a swimming pool where you can spend your free time together with a super-equipped gym room. Greg and Neil are always available to accommodate our tenants' requests and maintain the property in a state far beyond any expectation. The maintenance staff always works very well, and most of our maintenance is done with skill and speed by Ricky ...who certainly deserves 5 stars for the rock star A+ service he provides. August 14, 2021We moved in 1 month ago and love it. Excellent location, grocery is 2 min away, multiple restaurants and bars in walking distance. Huge shout out to the staff and management; they’ve been great. I realize the premise of this is ridiculous, but I have an asthmatic pet that was not responding well to the new air in the apartment, and they literally replaced all the vents and had the whole HVAC system professionally cleaned. Asthma well controlled now. Happy pet, happy tenant, I really appreciate ...them responding and being so helpful without the slightest push back. Best Location in Downtown
June 22, 2020This is my second year here, and like any relationship; we've had our ups and down. The down, got recently taken care of (cough* manager*), and since then you can see and feel the changes and improvements. Amenities are top notch and the staff is so friendly and attentive, Amanda is extraordinary on the leadership of Courtney. If any of these ladies assist you, just exhale and relax because everything will be fine. The maintenance personnel is also very responsive and caring; Mark and Sandro ...are always running around trying to get everyone fixed. I will definitely be renewing not only because I've found some great friends in this apartment complex. The residents are mostly young adults with a great mix of Students and families that make this place very enjoyable. Heaven on Earth
April 2, 2018This property is amazing. Truly blessed to live here. My daughter and I moved in recently, and her and I are so so happy. It is such a cozy home with the most amazing view on the 4th floor. God has been great to us and provided this opening for us just in time. I truly recommend Aurora. It is a beautiful property with a beautiful name. All the comfort you can possibly ask for and more. Everything is in the area and the community is so wonderful and friendly.
