April 28, 2026The best part about the community is the plethora of beautiful trails around the area. It’s about 5 miles to walk all the way down to lake Baldwin and back (1 hr 30 min walk with an average pace) with pretty trees and shade all the way down and back. The routes are endless. There is an elementary school also about half a mile down Baldwin and multiple parks me and my little one love walking to and enjoying on a daily basis where your child can make lots of friends since the same kiddos from the ...block hang at all of them. All of the children’s parks are about half a mile or about a 5 min drive (Mitchell nutter park, Baldwin park, blue jacket park, Enders park) just to name a few. Lake Eola is about 15 min away driving as well. I love the fact that we also have Orl’s Chinatown down the street which offers a variety of many mom & pop restaurants. April 16, 2026Lived here for two years, and it has been good! Maintenance is great and handles all calls super quickly. I would suggest parking passes for residents because sometimes parking is limited, and people use the lots for their multiple vehicles or work vehicles.Property Manager Responded
