The area is very convenient being close to downtown and in the center of Orlando (literally) I love all the paths for walking or staying active near us. I still think the neighborhood can do better about dogs poop being on the sidewalks or not picked up.

It was 5 stars, but the main entrance being unusable for 6 months has dropped it down. The parking situation is also cluttered, and hard to find a spot especially at later hours.

Ok. Rent goes up every year and no major improvements??? Security gates never work, they changed the door locks for no reason and the new ones suck. Areas nice, neighbors cool but the bang is not worth the buck
