The only problem is the construction eliminating the main entrance to the complex while the road is being repaired. If you put in a maintenance ticket they’re usually quick. Only issue is fed ex across the way. They blast music at 7am on Saturdays and it’s REALLY loud. So if you face that building. I will say, I am friendly and kind with the front office and maintenance and never had any issues. I have been here since before the construction started and the noise, view, and restrictions it’s put in is residents have been challenging and a nuisance, but I understand that is out of the properties control.
