October 11, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comIf I can rate it less than one star I would. If you like playing games go ahead and apply. They will give you the strongest run around. Mid august of 2021 my boyfriend and I applied for a 2 bedroom. We came in looked at the unit and it wasn’t a horrible unit. We went on to set our move in date 2 weeks after we applied which was on the 30th of august. So in addition to the 110 dollars we paid in application fees we paid 200$ for them to keep the apartment for us for 90 days. We were told we ...should get a welcome home email with instructions telling us about the things we need to do before we move in and the deposit amount etc. in the two weeks no one contacted us and we didn’t receive the email so I called and she said the apartment wasn’t ready and the a/c unit was being worked on. We tried to be understanding and just set the move in date back another 2 weeks. It still wasn’t ready by September 14 no one had contacted us to keep us updated so when the 14th rolled around I contacted the woman who was trying to help us get in. She said it would be ready the next weekend. So we start packing but we ended up catching covid. In this time of us recovering we still got no email no update nothing. So I called back on the 5th of October and I am told that the women helping us was fired and there were no available 2 bedroom apartments. (Remember I paid the 200$ holding fee though) So I go in with my boyfriend the next day and ask them for all of the money back because it was a waste. Even that was a problem. I was basically told that the women that got fired took the money and the manager was not aware of it. We didn’t even get our money back for another 4 days and she was short 10$ still. Just don’t waste your time. They are liars and unorganized and don’t know what’s going on. The manager is clueless and the staff is shady. Don’t waste your time. Not worth it.Read More

December 20, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comOffice is closed majority of the time.. Manager is lazy and unproffessional also slow as a turtle. I know people who live there and the plumbing sucks. Terrible trash all outside by the dumpster and rats. Need new management fast!!! sewage everywhere.Property Manager Responded

August 26, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comNot what it seems...only one maintenance man so it takes a long time to get things fixed,BAD plumbing issues apartment flooded 2months after I moved in...shootings took place over time that they try to hide and landscaping is horrible...then want to charge me for carpet and paint after being there for 3years I thought was normal wear and tear!Property Manager Responded
