This was the worst place I have ever lived, the ceilings had growing water stains that the management company refused to correct. Apartment was worn down. This management company is filled with empty promises and lies. This units are outdated they will only do the bare minimum if anything.

They have you fill out a form when you first move in for existing damages to unit and appliances. When I moved out, they tried to charge me for previous damages to unit. They replaced to Sliding glass door and tried to blame me for the damages to the wall and molding from the installation which was clearly their fault. They keep your entire security deposit. They don't have any granite countertops as they advertise, but they do have worn out dirty musty carpets, flooring pulling up. There is ...

Everything is really well thought of. There are fans and lights in all the rooms. The fixtures are brand new and of premium quality. The views are breathtaking. I cannot emphasize how good the leasing staff is. Extremely helpful and approachable.
This is clearly the best apartment I have rented in this side of CT so far.

This apartment complex is in a very nice location with trees and country settings. It is very calming and with a good clientele. Everyone seems content with the settings and location. Each unit is independent and there is much privacy within the complex. Parking is adequate and there is enough of it.
