January 13, 2026This was the worst place I have ever lived, the ceilings had growing water stains that the management company refused to correct. Apartment was worn down. This management company is filled with empty promises and lies. This units are outdated they will only do the bare minimum if anything.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible place to live
January 3, 2026They have you fill out a form when you first move in for existing damages to unit and appliances. When I moved out, they tried to charge me for previous damages to unit. They replaced to Sliding glass door and tried to blame me for the damages to the wall and molding from the installation which was clearly their fault. They keep your entire security deposit. They don't have any granite countertops as they advertise, but they do have worn out dirty musty carpets, flooring pulling up. Nothing luxury about this place
September 5, 2025This place rents units with moldy central air duct and vents. Musty worn out carpets and flooring pulling up. Waters stain all the ceilings. Management will refuse to correct issues properly. Horrible place to rent from. Nothing is luxury about this complex. Countryside living at its best
February 28, 2020Everything is really well thought of. There are fans and lights in all the rooms. The fixtures are brand new and of premium quality. The views are breathtaking. Best apartments and quality service
February 21, 2020I lived here for 3 yrs and this is my 7th rental house in Connecticut. The best experience in service and the comfort in the houses top them among all other communities I have experienced. The landscaping and the ambience is great. Walking trail and nature mixed living space cherishes everyday. Nice gym .Though it's in a hill top and my house was in first floor never felt the chillness near the balcony doors or inside. March 18, 2014This apartment complex is in a very nice location with trees and country settings. It is very calming and with a good clientele. Everyone seems content with the settings and location.
