The maintenance team has been top notch, but issues persists around pests, a lot of fleas in and around the property! They do try to curb it but it comes back!

Horrible maintenance. It’s been 3 months and the dimmer switch on the ceiling fan has not been replaced. I submitted. 3 maintenance requests. Still not finished. You guys think I am stupid by replacing the dimmer switch with a regular light switch.
The other residents should not accept such incompetence.

I would leave negative stars if possible. Was given a prorated amount for moving out on a specified date by TWO DIFFERENT employees in the office. Went to turn in the keys and was told those employees were incorrect and instead of $175 the monies owed are $1500+. To add insult to injury my spouse is currently deployed, I literally feel taken advantage of.
