Autumn creek
July 11, 2019The apartment complex was a horrible home to have ! First of all I moved in for a good price which they said I would be paying a certain amount for a upgraded unit . Come to find out that same year the whole place is getting remodeled so my unit was not very upgraded and had fake floor which wasn’t even installed correctly . So many issues with pesticides cockroaches everywhere . Ac broke down . And the Managment wasn’t very friendly after having lived there for a few months. They were actually ...really rude I’m assuming that’s why they have temps filling in the position the place is not well kept and landscapers woke me up constantly every morning freaking trimming. The rent is to high for this mess they try to say they are keeping up with competitors but that shouldn’t be the case when rent is basically the amount of a house !! Worst Place!
December 6, 2018When I see people tour this place I literally want to scream “DONT MOVE HERE”!!! This place is infested with roaches, I had to call a different pest control because the sorry maintenance people suck here. My downstairs neighbor smokes and I can literally smell it through my vents. Told the front office about it, did nothing! They’re not sound proof. Neighbors behind me constantly are slamming cabinets, it’s so annoying!!!! They just let ANYBODY live here! This place is disgusting and I’ve been ...wanting to break my lease for the whole time I’ve been here! This place is trash!!!Property Manager Responded

Black mold
April 17, 2016Seeing as how Bree (manager) tries to cover up issues like BLACK MOLD and says it is okay that a one year old has gotten sick from it (a doctor confirmed respiratory issues from the mold) I wouldn't step foot in this place. There is now a 22 year old mother with a one year old that are homeless because the apartment is unlivable. The complex will not help them with a hotel or even a temporary apartment. Do not move here. Overpriced, rude, and unkept. And you might get sick from BLACK MOLD that ...they will act like is not there. (Tested and confirmed BLACK MOLD)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Absolutely worst customer service!
September 28, 2015They lost our 400 Transfer payment not once but twice. bunch of bird brains here and the mangier is the worst. First time they said we didn't pay the transfer we said we have the receipt, they called us back five minutes later and said we found it no apologia! a different person in the office called us three weeks later and said your transfer fee was never paid spoke to the Manager and tried to get a hold of the corporate office, no call back from corporate and manager refused to talk to me over ...the phone. July 27, 2015are apartment is in need of alot of work with in the last 3 weeks we had a shooting outside our bedrrom window one at the pool and had two car fires and countless fights and demostic abuse .my daughter feel so un safe she will not leave are apartmentthe office people wont do nothing about it even when i went in and complained they did nothing all most laughed in my faceReview from Apartments.com

August 21, 2015The only reason I live here is because I don't have an income to live anywhere else. This place is 30 years old and it shows in the inside apartment. Pretty on the outside perhaps, but lots of mosquitos that bite due to excess water sprinkles that are broken leaving puddles for bugs. 3 laundry rooms, 1/2 of the machine don't work and not cleaned or maintained. Lots of crime here, lots of police here each day. Gun shooting recently on July 3rd, 2015, drug busts, domestic violence Call the ...Chandler Police for public records on this complex. Management knows about this not doing anything. Condition of various units vary, but all are not impressing. Roaches, bugs are a normal problem here even though there a so called bugs guy that sprays. Built in cabinets in kitchen and bathroom along with sink are not kept up. Stove, refrigerator are very old and not energy save. Management refuses to fix them and spray paint over the rusty appliances to make them look new. Popcorn ceiling paint is very unattractive as dust bunnies hang down. Maintenance people do their best but are limited with resources from upper management. Patching up and painting over damages is their solutions to fixing stuff from water damages, mold and huge cracks in walls and ceilings. Upon my move in: Patched up paint job to cover up door, ceiling and wall damages, dirty and dusty cabinets, the bathroom tubs floor dirty dark stains, one medicine cabinet does not slide open, several cracks in microwave door and vent frame is very oily /dirty, master bedroom blinds two were broken, floor in living room had a hole from the linoleum floor not fixed, bathroom sink have chip dark brown pain missing, cabinets door strip on edges, found dead roaches in water heater cabinet. Management has communicates to me that the units are old, oh well basically. But rent of $ 890 plus for 2 bedroom for these conditions is way over rated.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 15, 2015I don't live here now but I uses to and there management wasn't bad. The apartments are nice and pretty big even for there smallest ones. Pool area and club house are awesome and pool was clean always. The jacuzzi is in a little area thats kind of by its self which I really like. Its a good area. Not the best way to get in and out but the area is good nice neighborhood behind them. Nice and friendly neighbors. I really enjoyed living here and actually want to move back in every time I look for a ...new place. The only reason I don't is just cuz of my significant other.
