Unfathomable Levels of Incompetence.

My experience with this apartment complex was appalling, and I strongly recommend that prospective tenants look elsewhere.
For months, I had to endure excessive stomping and severe creaking from the apartment above me. The noise was so loud that it could regularly be heard over a television playing at normal volume. Management eventually claimed the issue had been “fixed,” yet the supposed repair made only a negligible difference. The noise continued, and no meaningful solution was provided. ...
Calling a problem resolved does not actually resolve it.
The rest of the property was no better. Dog excrement was routinely left throughout the grounds, packages were frequently stolen, and the overall environment reflected a complete lack of effective property management.
The leasing office was consistently unprofessional, disorganized, and unable—or unwilling—to provide meaningful help. Communication was unreliable, concerns were brushed aside, and residents were seemingly expected to tolerate problems indefinitely while continuing to pay full rent.
Their handling of my move-out was the final insult. I informed the office twice by phone that I would physically leave on July 3, although my lease remained active through July 17. I was specifically instructed to leave my keys in the leftmost kitchen drawer, maintain utilities, and keep renters insurance active through the end of the lease. I followed every instruction exactly.
Despite this, management later claimed they had not received the keys and charged me additional daily fees. The keys had been sitting exactly where their own employee told me to leave them. Instead of checking their records, communicating internally, or looking in the location they had specified, they attempted to make their own administrative failure my financial responsibility.
This complex appears perfectly capable of collecting rent and inventing charges, but remarkably incapable of maintaining the property, addressing resident concerns, documenting its own instructions, or providing competent customer service.
Between the unresolved noise, ineffective repairs, filthy grounds, package theft, unprofessional staff, poor communication, and unjustified move-out charges, this was easily one of the worst rental experiences I have had. Document absolutely everything in writing, because verbal instructions from this leasing office are apparently meaningless the moment they become inconvenient for management.
