Least expensive yet hardest to get
July 11, 2023I've lived in Autumn Hills for 5 years prior to covid. Moved out, been searching for something comparable. Found nothing. Re-applied as previous tenant and because rules have changed, they expect 700+ credit score and 4 times the amount of rent! Didn't matter previous rental history was good, and other rental history good. Company only looks at credit score and how much money you make. It's really sad to hear of their expectations for move in. Won't be checking back anytime in the future!Review from Apartments.com
