SO FAR SO…GREAT!

My husband and I are approaching a year living in the autumn hills community and have had a great experience this far. Zakkiyah has been very helpful throughout the entire process and assisted us with everything we needed upon our move in. Pablo has gone above and beyond when it comes to maintenance and repairs (which has only been minor things). New Jersey experienced really bad snow storms last winter and the company the complex hired did a terrible job clearing the snow out of the way ...

ultimately making it even more difficult for us to move our vehicles. Pablo was outside with his truck for HOURS clearing paths for people to be able to access their vehicles for work. He always checks in asking if everything is running smooth whenever we see him in passing and it goes to show how much he cares about the residents here. The layout of the duplex is great, plenty of storage and closet space, and the location is ideal because it’s tucked away. We will hopefully be staying here for a very long time!

I moved in a few months ago and I had some concerns previous to moving in. However, I met with Zakiyah and she went above and beyond to resolve the issue prior to my move in date which was looming! She even escalated it to management and I received a call from them that the issue would be resolved. I can say that Zakiyyah as well as Pablo, maintenance supervisor, work diligently to ensure that everything is up to par. They are awesome! Vivian

Pets infested, bad management

Lived there for two years and quickly found that the place is completely mismanaged, and that for them you are nothing more than an apartment number. They say it is pets free, yet every other apartment has a pet, lots of barking even in the middle f the night, walkways and grass are covered in dog poo and management does nothing. Will not recommended.
