August 8, 2015Walls are super thin, no insulation between units which means you can hear every conversation and footstep, can hear every footstep outside as well, which makes me question if there is exterior insulation. Well maintained, good upkeep, good amenities. Theres some great neighbors and some trashy ones. One building (6 units- 19 people) has had 2 families living in on 900sf apartment for some time now- 7 people- and its pretty noisy. Can smell pot quite often, cigarette butts around that ...unit. Plenty of parking, there's 5 cars that haven't moved for months, some with expired plates but it doesn't look trashy.
