It's been good for me
February 21, 2023Miss Ruby and Miss Jill came through for me when I lost my job from the pandemic and needed help. I was worried I was going to lose my place and they helped me get rent relief. I don't know what would have happened to me without their help. I have told people to rent here because the apartments and the area is nice. They overcharge everything!
December 5, 2022I was unaware how "swampy" this area is. That being said, the bugs are HORRENDOUS- ants, roaches, crickets, millepedes. The company "bills every month" for your water. I honestly need proof as to how much I ACTUALLY USE!!! One person, less than 650 sqft, NO washer/dryer/dishwasher, and they say I owe over $100/month I honestly think they intentionally raise the price, thinking everyone here will get assistance from the state.Review from Apartments.com
Don’t stay here

July 6, 2018Autumn Ridge is one of the best properties I have lived at so far. The units are well kept and the staff is extremely nice. The property is only 5 minutes from downtown Suffolk and the rental rates are very reasonable.
