I was worried I was going to lose my place and they helped me get rent relief. I don't know what would have happened to me without their help. I have told people to rent here because the apartments and the area is nice. The office really care about their tenants.
They overcharge everything!
December 5, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI was unaware how "swampy" this area is. That being said, the bugs are HORRENDOUS- ants, roaches, crickets, millepedes. The company "bills every month" for your water. I honestly need proof as to how much I ACTUALLY USE!!! One person, less than 650 sqft, NO washer/dryer/dishwasher, and they say I owe over $100/month I honestly think they intentionally raise the price, thinking everyone here will get assistance from the state.

July 6, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comAutumn Ridge is one of the best properties I have lived at so far. The units are well kept and the staff is extremely nice. The property is only 5 minutes from downtown Suffolk and the rental rates are very reasonable. I also like the open feeling of the apartment complex and the fact that I can watch my kids on the playground from inside my apartment.
