February 19, 2026The model apartment is comfortable and decorated wondefully. I would like to know more about the decorative pieces. My Mother was impressed as well. WARNING
July 31, 2021Sadly I landed myself into a lease agreement with this apartment complex. If you’re a possible future resident I’d advise you to look else where. Although the monthly rent prices may seem attractive - it’s not. After talking with two other residents there is definitely a bug infestation throughout the complex. And the landlords haven’t addressed it when I’ve brought it to their attention due to seeing it firsthand since day one. German coackroa he’s inside the apartments and flying roaches in the ...stairwells. Yes they have brought in an ‘exterminator’ but what good is that when the bugs are still in the apartments after the exterminator supposedly gets rid of them.. (obviously not) . Terrible. Besides the unsanitary environment from the horrible bug infestation running rampant, it is also unsafe. There are no security cameras to offer any form of protection - they claim to have an officer on premises but what good is that if someone breaks into your car or apartment and the officer is asleep when it happens and no one was there to witness the crimes taking place? I could go on and on about why this is a disaster and huge mistake I hope to never be in again, but I’ll end with saying there is also heavy drug use in my building if not every other building as well. When I get home from work I can smell the drugs coming through the vents from my surrounding neighbors. I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s mold in the apartments. August 14, 2015My son, granddaughter and I are very happy living in the Autumn Ridge Apartments. The people who work there are very pleasant and very helpful and the other tenants are very friendly as well. I love how the whole outside area is very pretty and very well taken care of. My granddaughter, Emily, has stated that even if we ever won the lottery, she'd still want us to live where we are so that really tells the whole story.Review from Apartments.com
