I only give it two stars because they clean up the property semi-regularly. Other than that, I have had roaches, mice, and rats and even though they say they are bringing pest control in, they do nothing and the roaches just keep coming back. They gave me an apartment with broken cabinets and drawers and won’t fix it, maintenance sucks and never does their job. The rental people never answer their phone or emails so I have a hard time getting in contact with them regardless. I once had to call ...
the cops for someone overdosing right outside my apartment and my boyfriend’s car was stolen within the 1st month. We can’t wait until our lease is up to get out of here. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Don't be wowed by the initial professionalism. Rent is a smidgen high for a place that won't even paint the stairs. If you don't have roaches when you move in, they'll show up before you move regardless of how many times they may spray. hopefully you don't plan on having a lot of things either cause though the space looks big, it quickly shrinks once you get everything in

They will let anyone stay in here (There has been a murder, drug sting, and prostitution sting on these properties... look it up). I've lived here for two years and have been wanting out ever since signing my second lease. Parking here is a major issue, with the spots filling up with people who don't even live here. Some tenants will park in the grass even with an open space available. Many of the neighbors are extremely loud at all hours, some even blasting music from their cars in the middle of the night. A few nights before a man was locked out of his apartment; instead of calling maintenance to let him in, he threw a ...
tantrum. At 1:45 in the morning he is outside screaming his head off and leaning on his car horn in a rage. There has also been a crime problem in the complex to the point even the local pizza places won't deliver because their drivers keep getting robbed. The property manager doesn't even acknowledge the problem and dismissed me out of hand when I asked what was being done about it. Trust me, keep looking!!!

These apartments really surprised me. The nighborhood isn't stellar, but it's not really unsafe either. The apartments are so nice though! The management company has put a ton of money into these places with brand new flooring, appliances, and real granite counter tops! They are even reconstructing the pool (inconvenient currently, but I'm sure it's worth the wait). If you have pets, they are pet friendly and they have doggy pick up stations around the complex. as maintenance goes, I put in a request to have the AC fixed when it went out, and they responded immediately. They also make it extremely easy to put in requests or even pay rent with their online system.

Have lived at this address for the past 2 yrs now they renovated the whole complex so the apartments are really nice and stylish. Lately we have been having car break-ins despite the fact parking is a huge problem,even after reporting problems to the office they don't do anything to get it fixed,it's noisy most times with tenant blasting their car radios around the neighborhood at odd hours. pay rent every first of the month and I got an email that says they didn't receive my rent and I have a balance of almost 1000 dollars with late fees when I went to the office the guy who was their was sure I didn't pay rent that's when I showed them the receipt and he didn't say anything after that. I wouldn't recommend anybody to live here because all the advertise about this place is not legit.
