Autumn Trails is in Poor Shape

Drive this property from entry to the end, you will see overgrown bushes, paint chipping from patio fences,
building lights outs, water drainage issues, large bare grass spots and more. No Curb Appeal. Talk with some of the residents- maintenance issues- repairs not performed correctly. Old carpeting and old appliances. However,
the building structures are in good standing.

The office staff makes this place the place to live. Aisha wow what a great down to earth manager. She always goes over and beyond her job title. If you aren’t qualified for her community she always has suggestions of what may work for you. Now that’s over and beyond l. She’s so sweet. This community is awesome I'm glad to be apart of it. What I love about this community is that its quiet, you dont hear people kids, people mind their own business, if you have anything that need to be done in your apartment trust me they go to extreme measures. They also make sure your happy and satisfied with your repairs.The women in the office are nice and kind but my favorite is Aisha, she is amazing, professional, kind, and she make sure all issues are addressed that anyone could possibly ...
