A true gem!

Why I like living at Autumn Winds Apartments
September 2, 2015The Autumn Winds apartments to begin with, meets our needs for a residents. We live in a two bedroom two bathroom unit on the ground floor. We have a Handicap sticker and the unit has a Handicap parking space that is very helpful and convenient. We are on a first name basis with the management and staff. The Staff is aware that we are an older couple and they are extremely helpful to us. Case in point, I, the husband, was away from the apartment on a business trip. One of the smoke alarms ...had a low battery situation in the middle of the night and my wife felt the liberty to call Patrick, one of the maintenance men. He responded quickly and resolved the situation with a good attitude. As an older couple, safety is a huge issue in this day and time. Because I travel a good bit, I am always concerned about my wife's safety when I am away from home. I feel very secure that when I am away that she will not have issues with a neighbor or outsiders, very comforting. All of the regular mail comes to the apartment's central outdoor mail collect and drop off point. We receive quite a few oversize boxes that are taken in by the lady in the front office. They take the time to text or call to let us know that they have a parcel for us. The property is well maintained by a profession staff. Any time we call with a need, the maintenance crew is quick to meet our needs. Autumn Winds Apartments has its own very nice pool and lounging area. The apartments are located five minutes from the Mall, many good restaurants, grocery stores, doctors offices and generally very handy to every day needs. Autumn Winds Apartments have been our home for the past two years and we are very satisfied with the facility, management and staff. August 29, 2015My fiance and I have lived at Autumn Winds going on 3 years now. We have stayed in the same 1 bedroom apartment and for a reason...this place is great! The staff has always been very friendly, helpful, and dedicated to solving any problems that we had (which weren't many). The apartment complex/campus is gated and safe. You aren't by any "sketchy" neighborhoods. For example, I feel safe enough to leave my trunk open full of groceries while trying to carry them inside for multiple trips and not ...worry about anyone taking anything. One thing I really love is the niceness and newness of the apartment. The kitchen has newer appliances, and we have never had any issues with anything breaking or not working. Another great aspect is it's location. Living at Autumn Winds makes you close to all the popular areas of Clarksville (i.e. mall, Walmart, Target, string of many different restaurants, hospital--right next door, interstate, etc.). Awesome Sauce!
August 28, 2015My husband and I have been living at the Autumn Winds Apartments for a year and a half. So far, we have had no issues. Whenever there is a problem we call the office, and they deal with everything professionally and effectively. I dealt with Ashley and Katie in the office most of the time, and those two are absolutely amazing! Everyone else I have dealt with at the office are really sweet too, and also always on top of things. They let us know when they need to do anything ahead of time, so we ...are never caught off guard. Pets are allowed (two per apartment) with a small deposit, and a small amount to pay per month. It's affordable and really nice. There is a pool, gym, party/entertainment room and each apartment has a big balcony with a storage unit outside. The washer and dryer you can rent for a small amount a month (that's right you can stay home and do laundry in your underwear)which is amazing! All the rooms are a decent size. I am not lying when I say I checked all the apartment complexes between here and Ashland City. And, till this day we are so happy to have found this one. It's gated and we have no issues with the parking. There is a big dog park and a playground for the kids. There is acres of land all around the complex, but yet the mall is right down the road. A good place to call home
August 28, 2015As a recently moved in tenant, I am very happy we chose Autumn Winds as our new home. It's a clean, spacious, beautiful complex with plenty of parking. Large One Bedroom
August 25, 2015I live in a one bedroom and it is the perfect space. The bedroom itself is massive and fits a king size bed with a dresser and end tables. It also has a lot of cabinet space in the kitchen and includes the microwave.
