September 29, 2025Autumn Woods has been very unprofessional since we first tried to move in. We were lied to about when we could get keys to the apartment and have been battling most of the maintenance team just to get basic things fixed like A/C, Ice maker, mold growth, really bad pouring ceiling leaks. A lot of our stuff got damaged by mold and we were told it was just window condensation and North Carolina’s humidity. It’s not humid then outside at times inside and nothing we do lowers it.Property Manager Responded

August 25, 2025I’ve been living at Autumn Woods since 2016, and although IT’s changed ownership quite a few times this present owner should invest in fixing the sprinkler system, adding to the dog park, and other amenities. Greystar is amazing, but the owner needs to step up, especially because we pay so much to live here.Property Manager Responded
