    A great place to live with fabulous front office staff and a speedy maintenance team. Everyone is friendly and the amenities are very nice. It is a bit pricey but you're paying for the convenience of not taking care of a home!

    My new home is perfect for me. The leasing team listened to my needs and offered matching apartments. The leasing process was easy and tge apartment was clean and accessible upon move in. The quiet, peaceful neighborhood is a welcome retreat.

    Best appartments in the area, and in a great area. Always quiet and close to everything we need. Right between 2 plazas and my daughter goes to school 5 minutes away.

    I really like the beauty, quiet, and convenience of Autumn Woods. The staff is helpful and often quick to respond. The inside and out of the apartments are pleasing to the eye and we don’t have to worry about it looking clean!!

    Autumn Woods has been very unprofessional since we first tried to move in. We were lied to about when we could get keys to the apartment and have been battling most of the maintenance team just to get basic things fixed like A/C, Ice maker, mold growth, really bad pouring ceiling leaks. A lot of our stuff got damaged by mold and we were told it was just window condensation and North Carolina’s humidity. It’s not humid then outside at times inside and nothing we do lowers it.

    I’ve been living at Autumn Woods since 2016, and although IT’s changed ownership quite a few times this present owner should invest in fixing the sprinkler system, adding to the dog park, and other amenities. Greystar is amazing, but the owner needs to step up, especially because we pay so much to live here.
