Improving with new management
July 4, 2025Since new management has taken over, things are getting much better. The office is open like it should be, the staff treats residents with respect and are friendly. Maintenance is catching up on issues from past management that didn’t care. Things are turning around for the better. I was considering not renewing my lease, but with the new staff and changes being made, l have reconsidering and will be staying another year.Review from Apartments.com
Great neighbors, terrible facilities
October 9, 2021We adore our neighbors and love the setting. But they don't maintain these buildings. There's a hole in our ceiling, leaking water, and they've done nothing.(We're on the ground floor!) The hot water goes out constantly and is often rusty and unfit to drink.Property Manager Responded

June 22, 2020The staff in the office and the maintenance crew are two separate entities that Barbie said do not communicate together. Barbie is part of the office support. She stated that the mold in the dishwasher(has not worked since i moved in) is not considered an emergency. Nor is the air conditioning that has not worked in my apartment for a week. She stated that it’s not an emergency and they will get to it when they can. This place is horrible . My basement is typically 55 degrees Due to the ac being ...broken and only getting the basement cold. I could go on and on . However, that would bore most. Horrible place
December 4, 2018So we moved in to glen wood apts in 2016 and when first months rent was due we paid it and then 1 week later they sent us a paper saying that we didt pay. So I went to the bank and got proof that we did. And they said they missed places it and I said not my problem bc it says its cashed. But after that it was not to bad but u always smelled pot and cigarette smoke. In the stairways and they will try to tell you that the vents are not connected and they definitely are bc the people that live below ...us the second year that we live there they smoked pot. And now we moved out July 31 2018. And still not received our security deposit. It's now December 3 2018. DO NOT LIVE HERE.Property Manager Responded

May 6, 2016If you haven't stayed here yet you are missing out. Autumn Woods was one of the best places I've stayed at. The maintenance crew was always so helpful and responsive to our issues. I renewed 3 times and if it wasn't for a new job out of state it would of been 4. The appliances were recently replaced and it definitely makes a difference. The office staff iis professional and can help you with any questions. 10/10Review from Apartments.com
