Beware!!!
July 24, 2025Terrible experience after 4 years of living there. Manager has horrendous customer service/bedside manner. Literally had to plead with them to do their jobs. After 4 years they told me I had no lease on file and so would not receive any kind of refund. After over 10 weeks of calling corporate in Colorado and going up the chain of command, I received a refund $500 less than it should have been. Will never again rent from Paul’s Corp or Ava North. Good luck to anyone who gets trapped there. Never ...was once late on rent or was a complainer and this is how I was treated. Insanity.Property Manager Responded

No maintenance crew
June 12, 2023I’ve lived here for going on three years and things have only got worse. The office staff has changed 6 times in the past 12 months. No one is filling in the new staff what they’re walking into. Learn from my mistake and look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

Please don’t move here
February 3, 2023I live in Ava north and these apartments are FILLLLLED with ROACHES to no return. I find about 30 a day and roach eggs. Im scared to sleep at night because one always pops out close to me. My neighbors have them too from both ends the whole entire building. The whole building would have to be bombed and treated and that’s if that would even work. You constantly see the pest control truck in the front. It is not the new managements fault they try their best, it’s the old management who had no care ...and let it get so bad that the roaches have overtaken the building at this point. I highly advise anyone considering to move here to not do so unless you want repeat visitors constantly in your food, in your fridge, in your shower, IN YOUR BED. Any crack or crevice you find a roach WILL pop out. The building should just be torn down at this point. For the price you pay you can find somewhere else without 37394829 unknown roommates. It's NO
August 23, 2022I lived here for almost a year and a half, moved between two apartments, the 1st was two bedrooms, and it was INFESTED with roaches, then moved to a small apartment where the A.C is not cooling and despite I have more than four maintenance requests they did not solve them and quickly delete them from the system. Also, I lived more than 15 days, and phoenix summer with no A.C., the management has done nothing about it. The only thing they done is apologize and ask me to pay the rent. I can't wait ...for fall to hit here. Maybe somebody else would break the lease, but I am only in the states for a few months, and I will never forget that I lived in the worse apartment complex. December 30, 2021I visited the property when I was in town. I am thinking of moving to the area in about 5 months. The staff was very friendly, the property seems well maintained and it was in a good area. I am transferring to the area soon and hoping they have something available. Top notch place to live
September 24, 2021I absolutely love how the office Jennifer the manager and Brenda her assistant takes care of your problems right away. No matter when you go into the office both of them are always so very pleasant. The maintenance man Gabe always takes care of your issues immediately they fix everything whenever it breaks down he is on it immediately. In My religion you cannot wear shoes in the home they respect that totally no matter who they send it to my home to work on things and I really really appreciate ...how they respect my religion I tell you if you are looking for a place to live this is the place you will not be disappointed the service is top-notch the apartments are excellent they have been completely remodeled and I have been here one year and I absolutely love it. But there is one issue that I hate and the office have been on it these people need to learn how to clean up their dog poop that's the only downside and they don't keep enough monsters the drink you know the energy drink monster in our soda machine lol lol. Oh yeah there is one thing that I absolutely hate about these apartments My apartment would be perfect if I had a washer and dryer inside of the apartment That's the only downside other than that like I told you these apartments are a one.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Air conditioning not provided all year long
March 5, 2020I just moved here in December and still have the old school temperature gauge for my heat and air. The manasaid they are replacing them but on back order. Nothing had been replaced. That being said, it's a controlled complex, they have heat/air available only certain times of the year. It was almost 80 degrees in my unit today and I'm unable to use my air conditioning because they haven't switched it over yet.Property Manager Responded
