A LITERAL NIGHTMARE
March 23, 2024This is the WORST apt complex anyone could live in. Ava Park literally traumatized me. It’s INFESTED with Roaches!! Nothing you do or put will help get rid of them. They are everywhere. My AC unit didn’t work properly for 5 months while I was living there, their solution was to bring me and my husband a small cooler to put in one of my windows in my bedroom. Then they hired a couple of so called “professionals” that didn’t even know what they were doing! To top it off, there’s always ...prostitutes/pimps walking around the complex especially at night. One time during the middle of the night while My husband and I were sleeping, the apt complex got shot at and the bullets were pointing in the direction of my apt! The shooting sounded like it was happening right outside my Bedroom window and it immediately woke my husband and I up! My husband grabbed me however he could and he had to throw us onto the floor to avoid us getting hit by any of the bullets. It was one of the WORST experiences ever. If you’re thinking about renting here, All I have to say is RUN! Don’t do it! You’ll be scarred for life!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horrible place to live
April 29, 2023I'm not sure where to start when we moved in our apartment came with cockroachs and leaking water from our upstairs neighbors apartment. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
October 21, 2019Moving here has been a literal nightmare. When i moved in, my unit was unprepared, with materials left from workers, no light covers/fixtures and missing blinds. Ive been in my unit for over three weeks and there is still no hot water. I had to ask several times for maintenance and its still not completed fully, and to top it all off, I came home from work and the bathroom toilet and tub backed up for no apartment reason so now there is toilet water all on the bathroom floor. April 25, 2019I am a new tenant and the staff in the office are very nice and run everything very efficiently. They were very helpful in processing the move in paperwork and also they are remodeling and the place is quiet and clean.
