August 1, 2025My experience with Avalia has been excellent from the very first appointment to tour the units, through the move-in process, and even now. The amenities and apartments are thoughtfully designed, modern, and spotless—creating a sense of comfort every moment. January 29, 2025Everything is great so far! Just moved in. Lee was very helpful in securing us a beautiful townhome. Property is kept very clean. Amenities are beautiful.. two heated saltwater pools, a gym and a nice kids playground. Haven’t checked out the basketball courts yet!Property Manager Responded

October 14, 2024We had a pleasure to live in Avalia for about one year. It has been such a great experience. Staff is very professional and supportive. Townhouses are very modern and clean. Their maintenace service is fast and very accommodating. The move-in process was seamless, and I felt well-supported throughout. I highly recommend Avalia to anyone looking for a new home. July 20, 2024I have now been at Availia for almost 7 years. This is my home. When my wife and I moved here, that is what she made me understand. When my wife of 25 years died, she left this world in the place that she loved. The many visits and dinners with family and friends. The times walking arounfd the lake. The days lying by the pool. If it wasn't for being here, it would have made my even sadder than it has been, without her at home. Recently I had someone who works with me, visit Avalia. His ...observation was that " I am lucky to live at Availia. He found the property and area, like a hidden jewel, in the middle of Boca". The staff and management are the best, and in my business I deal with many south Florida communities. Our manager Sophia keeps this jewel polished and bright, and her staff reflects her professionalism. Do I recommend this community to others , YES, if you want to find a "Home", come find out.Property Manager Responded
