January 29, 2025Everything is great so far! Just moved in. Lee was very helpful in securing us a beautiful townhome. Property is kept very clean. Amenities are beautiful.. two heated saltwater pools, a gym and a nice kids playground. Haven’t checked out the basketball courts yet!Property Manager Responded

October 14, 2024We had a pleasure to live in Avalia for about one year. It has been such a great experience. Staff is very professional and supportive. Townhouses are very modern and clean. Their maintenace service is fast and very accommodating. The move-in process was seamless, and I felt well-supported throughout. I highly recommend Avalia to anyone looking for a new home.
