It is a disaster
July 26, 2024The place is a disaster. After I moved in they sent me a urelement final statement where they overcharged everything. After many times I tired to contact with their customer service they disregard my problems about the final statement. They asked me supporting documents and I sent them. After that they gain asked the same files. One time they asked me to calculate the numbers for them and sent them back. Even though I did it they again disregard that. I also tried to contact to them by phone but ...the customer service treat me as a dumb person. After showing their mistakes they apologized but they said their document is incorrect. My recommendation who will move their make sure you have a good lawyer because the only way deal with them is lawsuit.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
