    Very nice apartment community. Apartments are big, well maintained and the pool area is awesome! Each apartment come with an individual garage that has its own garage opener. They are like mini townhouses.

    Waterford court is a wonderful place to live. The apartment homes are spacious and the grounds are well kept. The staff is very helpful and respond quickly to requests. It’s a safe community and neighbors are friendly and respectful.

    I moved here from my four bedroom home, and with the exception of my very noisy upstairs neighbors, every thing here is exceptional! I love my new home, have lots of space and of course one of the best parts is having my own garage, I have a beautiful view from my my home, over looking a outstanding court yard. The maintenance people are very quick to respond, and professional. Thank you, Melissa

    Waterford Court is a wonderful community to live in. It is very close to every store and restaurant one would ever need. It is also only three blocks from the Addison Athletic Center, which is free to any resident of the town of Addison. The entire staff here are great, with rapid response times to your needs.

    Community has gone downhill over the last year. Staff could care less about actually doing their job. Don’t bother trying to bring concerns to them because they won’t do anything about it.

    Beautiful well maintained property. It can be difficult at times to communicate with management for other than maintenance requests, such as phone calls for general questions and even getting timely new lease documents to sign.
