December 16, 2025We've had a great experience so far. Maintenance are fast and efficient. Staff are friendly. Amenities are great quality, only a few things could be better kept in order like the bathrooms in the clubhouse. Apart from that we love living here.Property Manager Responded

December 8, 2025The time here has been great! The move in process was a success and I love the place. Issac was the one who helped my wife and I with our move. We love the large space of the apartment and our furr daughter loves the dog park she gets to run free. We love how there’s an area for small dogs and a separate area for large dogs.Property Manager Responded

December 7, 2025The community is nice as well as the amenities. Its quiet for the most part but they need to add or advise the new residents that live on the 3rd or 2nd floors to not stomp or be so heavy footed out of respect for people who live under them. Bombs at 2,3 or 4am is not very inviting. JmoProperty Manager Responded

Great place to live
December 3, 2025Avalon is a beautiful community that is well kept by their excellent staff. They are on top of everything and I haven’t had any problems while living here.
