September 29, 2025Avalon is a great place to call home. They provide activities weekly and the staff is wonderful and makes sure all tenants are taken care of like family. The response of the maintenance crew is always rapid and they are all very polite. The clubhouse and the entire property is safe and also very clean. Moving on process was very easy and registration for renters Insirance was greet. They also provide all lnformation needed for the cable company as wells as electric company which helps us when ...we are new in town. September 25, 2025We moved into Avalon, without a single complication. I am very much a (self-proclaimed) clean freak so I came prepared to clean on the day we got our keys. I walked in and it smelled clean, but then I also noticed the lovely, coveted vacuum tracks on the carpet! It was GLORIOUS Lol anyways, we needed a situation with our air not cooling evenly throughout the apartment and they were QUICK to send hvac! maintenance has already lived up to their reputation of being quick and thorough with any ...necessary calls! We love the staff, the amenities, and community! We've met a few neighbors so far and are very pleased, to say the very least! September 24, 2025I've been living at Avalon Apartments since 2021, and it’s been a consistently positive experience. The grounds are beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere that’s hard to find elsewhere. It’s a pet-friendly community, which has made it easy and enjoyable to live here with my furry companion. The amenities are solid—everything from the fitness center to the pool and shared spaces feels thoughtfully designed and well-kept. For the price point, it’s a great value, ...especially considering the location and overall quality of life. Avalon strikes a nice balance between comfort, convenience, and affordability.
