Noisy and unprofessional tenants

I have lived here for many years, and unfortunately, this place has gone downhill. As someone mentioned, if you happen to live next to loud and inconsiderate neighbors, the leasing staff won't do anything about it (even when you put in noise complaints).
For the amount you pay, you wouldn't expect to be dealing with people blasting music all hours of the night, smell of weed throughout the complex, and pet waste all around the grounds. There have also been a handful of tire theft incidents over ...
the years.
I would be careful renting here and would look at other complexes. Again, for the price you are paying, you wouldn't expect to be dealing with the behavior of many of the tenants who live here. And know that management tolerates this behavior and will not enforce rules.
