BE AWARE
September 9, 2025This property is click bait. 1. It’s by railroad tracks… 2. There’s loud Jets that fly over ATLEAST every other hour during the day.. 3. The staff is bland and they don’t seem to be very personable, they’re just there to get paid. 4. We have put in a work order to get our refrigerator filter replaced and it’s been 2.5 weeks since we’ve even heard from anybody. 5. Lastly, and definitely not the least. NOT EVEN lived here for A MONTH and we have encountered ROACHES 3 different times (keep in mind ...they spray at the end of each month, we moved in at the beginning of August), and ANTS! Why are ants in my dryer? EVEN AFTER they sprayed! WHY should we sit here and report this to the staff IF WE JUST MOVED IN, AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH! It should have been cleaned, it should have been sprayed BEFORE we moved in. NO EXCUSES! Thankfully they have a new 30 day guarantee on the lease agreement, and we were able to get out of our lease before the first 30 days was up! - Praise God for that. Perfect little spot
December 17, 2023My daughter needed a place to move to that would be close to her job after graduating college. Because of her lack of rental history, I had to sign on the lease with her. Management was extremely easy to work with and communicated everything in a professional and easy to understand process. We had one minor maintenance issues and it was handled the same day. so many issues
July 27, 2023Within one month of living here I had 3 leaks and they locked me out without telling me anything. The 3 leaks took weeks to get resolved. I am really sad with my situation. Although everything is finally fixed, I asked for a different unit. I have to either down grade or pay more. Apparently I got a good deal so they can’t work with me. Such a good deal I had so many issues within one month of living here. I wish I would’ve known. They don’t care because they’re not the ones living here. READ ME!!!
November 8, 2022please don't let the fake reviews that this complex pays for fool you this is by far the worst complex I've lived in mostly because of the management and they way that it's ran. I moved in when the complex first opened, and I'm the first person to live in my unit I've lived here for almost 2 years and the gate has work ed for 6 months or that time any other time it's open because it's constantly broken. Trash was another big issue we are told to leave it out in a bin yet the trash men only pick ...up when they feel like it if they don't you will receive a $50 trash fine. Towing is another big issue i had a rental car while my car was in the shop, i also pay for 2 covered spots and even had a "temporary" sticker yet my rental was still towed. When i called the front office to ask what i should do and the lady who answered had a terrible attitude and didn't care what's so ever. These apartments look "luxury" but are cheaply made, once you sign your lease expect 150-200 dollars to be added on to your base rent for fees such as a gate fee, trash fee, resident fee, lease lock fee, fetch fee, pest fee and portal fee.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
