Good But still under construction
August 11, 2015This building is still under construction. I feel like this could be a really great apartment complex, but I will have to wait and see until is finished. Right now some of the policies and how things are run don't make sense, but they all seem like problems that could be fixed once everything is completed. The apartments are set up really well with lots of outlets and layouts that actually make sense, and if you work in NYC you can't get a better commute with the train platform being a 4 minute ...walk from your door. But there is no free parking for your guests, and something's like the intercom system seem like after thoughts. You are also not allowed to make copies of your keys if you have someone else you want to let in your apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Affordable city living with new everything!
August 11, 2015The apartments are absolutely beautiful - well designed and spacious with plenty of closets. Both of our bedrooms are complete suites with huge walk-in closets and our own bathrooms. The staff here are always pleasant and very helpful. You really feel as if they care about your experience here and want you to be happy where you live. I love the location as well. After years of owning a home in the suburbs, I love being able to walk to everything - post office, drug store, tons of ...restaurants. The building is across from the NYC train - 30 minutes direct to Penn!!! Could not have asked for more - love it here!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
