Resident are very loud!
June 22, 2025Residents are not supposed to be playing loud music or be disruptive to the rest of the community, yet there’s people out there screaming, playing super loud music, taking over the entire pool, and it’s usually like this the whole day! Every weekend! Sometimes even weekdays. It’s getting ridiculous. The music is way too loud, I shouldn’t have to hear it inside my apartment. Great Apartment Complex
August 27, 2023Moved in almost a year ago and so far the experience has been great! As it was my first time renting an apartment ever, I was worried a lot, but all of the staff have been quick to address any maintenance issues (plumbing, ac, etc) or concerns in a timely manner. Tania helped figure out the lease, and the multiple people from maintenance have been very kind and good. The location is convenient as it’s next to 121 and you can use the tollway straight away to wherever you need to go, like Plano, ...The Colony, Frisco, or Carrollton. There is also a gas station nearby. The pool and gym are modern and aesthetic. It is a little more expensive than some other places but you get what you pay for and it has been worth it! September 30, 2021I must say I have never lived in a complex where the entire staff is great. I have often stopped someone in the office either going to lunch or going home and they have still stopped to answer or listen to me. (I know I'm the worst with timing) Maintenance is just as amazing. The one time I have needed them to come out they were so quick. Love it here
September 29, 2021I have been living here since May and I have had an amazing experience so far. Leasing was super easy and Brian was great! I’ve only had to call maintenance 1 time and they came within 2 hours and had to bring me a new fielding fan and that was also done same day and I was followed up with to make sure I was satisfied. They also do preventative maintenances and check your fire alarms and change a/c filters for you to make sure a/c works great in this heat!
