Review of a Tenants who lived there for 3+ years.
October 7, 2021First I will admit, location is nice and maintenance staff is great. However, pricing is outrageous: the whole unit is responsible for the rent so if you run into any problems with your roommates not paying rent, you're screwed since the office will not do anything. For those curious on their response to Covid: they did the bare minimum to help themselves, not the tenants. Also, I got charged for turnover fees $1000+ with no explanation why.Review from Apartments.com
