My spouse and I are eagerly expecting our first child and embarked on the exciting journey of finding the perfect venue for our upcoming baby shower. Our search led us to Harbor Isle Avalon, where we discovered their common room listed on Peerspace.
Navigating through the process, we were initially perplexed by the fact that Avalon, known for charging amenity fees to its residents, was now offering their coveted amenity spaces on Peerspace for non-residents. Intrigued by the prospect, we decided ...

As the eagerly anticipated date of our baby shower approached, we were unexpectedly hit with disappointment when we received an email from Avalon notifying us of the abrupt cancellation of our reservation. Surprisingly, no explanation or justification was provided for this unexpected turn of events.
Desperate for answers, we reached out to both the community and Avalon, only to be met with a frustrating lack of clarity and an inability to rectify the situation. The absence of any plausible explanation for the cancellation left us bewildered and disappointed.
Regrettably, our experience with Avalon has left us with reservations about their reliability and integrity as a company. It is disheartening to see a company take amenity spaces from residents and then lease them out, only to cancel reservations without any apparent reason.
In light of our disappointing encounter, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend engaging with this seemingly untrustworthy company. Prospective client and tenants should be cautious and consider alternative options to ensure a smoother and more reliable event-planning and leasing experience.
