If you ever have an issue beyond a maintaining request, consider it ignored. The property manager is rude and is perfectly fine with the lack of security and overall filth in the hallways. Residents rarely pick up after their dogs and upon complaining they sent an email and nothing happened. The gated garage door has regularly been broken allowing cars to get broken into. the summer but needs adult-only hours because the lifeguards do not care about the kids running into other adults. I am completely anticipating having to pay for nonsensical things after move out.
